Some people think that sports are boring. They actively search for articles on the topic "How to force themselves to do sports", save motivators in a separate folder on their desktop and, gritting their teeth, drag themselves to a run or to the gym.

But it's true: a monotonous running in a straight line or a one-on-one battle with cold iron in a rocking chair can evoke melancholy. Especially for people who love variety, vivid emotions and unusual activities. So why not choose just such a sport for yourself? Original and interesting that just won't let you get bored? Here are eight workouts to keep your eyes on fire and turn exercise into a favorite hobby.

1. Airyoga

Air yoga is yoga in the air using a hammock. It turns out that you can learn to hang upside down in just 5 minutes! But there are dozens of variations of this pose. And each is very curious to master, overcoming your fear.

It is unusual when there is no support under your feet and asanas from classical yoga are performed standing, sitting, lying in a hammock. You lift off the floor and enjoy the flight while stretching your spine.

2. Thai boxing

"Fight of eight limbs." The punches are delivered with fists, elbows, feet and knees. Of course, in class, no one will beat you with full force. The main thing is accuracy and dexterity, endurance and technical skill. And then you just catch the courage and enjoy the adrenaline rush!

Take a look outside the door to a Thai boxing club: not only brutal men enter there, but also very fragile-looking girls. In training, they relieve stress, become more self-confident, energized. And the variety of strikes, techniques, stretching, sparring will definitely not let you get bored.

3. Fencing

Taking a rapier or sword in your hand, taking a graceful pose, making a swift lunge and stabbing your opponent in the chest with one precise movement is not a historical novel, but a martial art accessible to everyone.

You can choose what is closer to you: sports or historical fencing, on an elegant foil or a brutal sword. This is not only incredibly interesting, but also useful in terms of self-development: it teaches you to keep your emotions under control, keep your cool and think tactically. It is not without reason that fencing is considered the most intellectual sport after chess.

4. Zumba

An incendiary blend of fitness and hot Latin American rhythms: samba, mamba, salsa and rumba. Sports single dance, the basic movements of which are easy to master in one lesson. You don't need to learn difficult steps and pirouettes - just repeat after the trainer and move!

It is impossible to remain indifferent: cheerful music and energetic movements will paint a smile on your face. You won't even notice how exhausted and sweating you are. Zumba will whirl you and time will fly by.

5. Trampolines

Don't want to play sports as such: learn exercises, kicks, dance moves - but want to be in good shape? No problem! Just jump on the trampoline 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes.

Come to the trampoline club and bounce up like you did as a child. You can even do without somersaults, somersaults and other things. Regular jumps instantly raise your mood without requiring much effort. In the meantime, all the muscles of your body are being pumped quickly.

6. Acrobalance

An exotic sport. A mixture of acrobatics, yoga and pair dancing. The point is that you break up into pairs, triplets or larger groups and together build different shapes out of bodies. The simplest example: one person lies on his back with his legs raised up, the other sits on his feet.

There are an unlimited number of poses. Moreover, there is no training program at all. At each lesson, you all experiment together, coming up with more and more new options: stand on top of each other, lie, sit, make a pyramid.

7. BOSU training

Like regular fitness, but much more fun! BOSU is a rubber inflatable hemisphere, half of a large ball. Part of the workout you cheerfully jump along it to the rhythms of the music, the other part you devote to push-ups, stretching and abdominal exercises.

The highlight of such training is that you improve all five physical parameters at once: strength, endurance, agility, coordination and flexibility. And you involuntarily smile. Making a swallow on a hemisphere and not falling is not an easy task.

8. Rock climbing

Climbing is now available to everyone. And for this it is not at all necessary to go somewhere in the mountains, buy expensive equipment, take risks. Choose any gym with climbing walls 5–8 meters high and go!

You will be taught how to use the belay system and climb colored ledges. Each "rock" has routes to the top, marked with different colors: easier and more difficult.

There are straight "rocks", there are curved, in the form of arches, with ledges and corners. Even when you get to the top, you will surely want to climb there again and again. It won't be boring for sure!

In addition to the usual running, exercise equipment and aerobics, there is also a lot of bright and interesting activities. Try at least 3-4 of them and choose the one you like. You yourself will not notice how laziness will disappear and each workout will be a joy.
