All you need to do these simple exercises is a pen and paper.
1. "Why I Will Succeed"
Take a piece of paper and write at the top:
"Why will I succeed as a _."
Now focus fully on the present moment. Let go of the past, do not be tormented by thinking about the future. Think only about your talents, abilities and your experience.
Next, write down all the reasons why you can be successful in a particular area. Read the list out loud slowly and deliberately. Let these words in, feel them.
Read the list every day until you believe every word you write.
2. Affirmations for success
Affirmation is a phrase that, when repeated, can change a person's subconsciousness, thoughts and mood. In other words, it is a powerful self-hypnosis. Be sure to formulate phrases in the present tense and avoid any negative language.
Keep a special notebook and write and repeat these affirmations daily.
- I am ready to express and accept my desires.
- I'm ready for the next step.
- I listen to myself and am open to my aspirations today.
- I have the right to be the center of attention, live with my whole heart and put myself first.
- I have the right to follow my desires, express feelings and show myself as a real person.
- I have the right to be strong and smart.
- I have the right to make a lot of money, work with inspiring people, and refuse those I don't like.
- I have the right to show others my desires and needs.
- I have the right to be myself and live the way I want.
3. Setting goals
Write down one or more activities daily for the next day. Close your eyes and imagine how simply and successfully you achieve your goals.
These tasks do not have to be standard. The goal is to take yourself out of your comfort zone, because beyond it you gain self-confidence. Over time, you will notice that what you once did not dare to do, now comes easily to you. You will see that a lot is now within your reach.
