I wake up early when the whole family is still asleep. I slowly get up, drink tea and read one chapter of some good book. Then I take out my laptop and painstakingly jot down my thoughts for an hour. When the family wakes up, I put things aside to chat with them. Taking my time, I spend my morning in such a way that I feel calm and happy all day.

Of course, this was not always the case. I used to wake up late, constantly rush, get angry, and immediately dive into work. It was unpleasant. But I never thought that I could change my life for the better. Fortunately, I was wrong.
