3 main rules for making pizza in a pan

  1. The dough should be liquid, like a pancake. It is usually kneaded with sour cream, mayonnaise or kefir. There is also an option where bread is used as a base.
  2. The pan should be non-stick with a thick bottom. You can use an old cast iron. The dough should only be poured into a well-heated frying pan.
  3. The filling should be semi-finished. If minced meat, then fried, if mushrooms, then canned. The cheese should melt well.

Ingredients

For the test:

  • 8 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 9 tablespoons of flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt to taste.

For filling:

  • 200 g chicken fillet;
  • 100 g of champignons;
  • 100 g grated cheese;
  • 10 pitted olives;
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Preparation

First, prepare all the ingredients for the filling. Here, as in the case with any other pizza, it all depends on the flight of your culinary imagination. For example, boil chicken breast in salted water. Cool and cut into small strips.

Fresh mushrooms must be chopped and fried in vegetable oil. If you are using pickled mushrooms, you need to cut and squeeze them to get rid of the excess liquid.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut olives into rings.

When the filling is done, make the dough. To do this, mix sour cream, eggs and flour in a blender until smooth. Salt.

In some recipes, sour cream is mixed with mayonnaise. In this case, you will need 4 tablespoons of sour cream and the same amount of mayonnaise.

Pour the dough into a hot, oiled frying pan. Fry for 1-2 minutes, then lay out the filling: chicken, mushrooms, olives. Top with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place the lid on the skillet and grill the pizza for 10-15 minutes. You can check the readiness of the pizza in the pan with a toothpick: pierce the thickest part of the pancake with it. If it remains practically dry, the dough is cooked through.

Garnish with herbs before serving.

Ingredients

For the test:

  • 1 glass of kefir;
  • 1 ½ cups flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
  • salt and black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

For filling:

  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 100 g smoked sausage;
  • 1 small tomato.

Preparation

Combine kefir and flour. Stir well to avoid lumps. Then add baking soda to the mixture and break the egg. Salt and pepper and stir again well.

Pour the dough into a preheated and oiled skillet. When the dough has set a little, lay out the filling. With it, as already mentioned, you can experiment. The easiest option is sausage and tomatoes. Cut them into thin slices and place them on a pancake in a skillet. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. When the bottom is browned and the cheese is melted, you can remove from heat.

Ingredients

  • 150 g minced meat;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • 5 slices of loaf;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 1 small tomato;
  • ½ glass of milk;
  • a bunch of fresh basil;
  • salt to taste;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Preparation

Peel and chop the onion. Fry it in vegetable oil along with the minced meat. Set aside. Cut the tomato into thin slices, chop the basil. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mozzarella can be used directly in balls or mash with a fork.

Put the slices of the loaf in a pan (as much as possible) and dry slightly. Grease the pan with vegetable oil, but only slightly. The space between whole slices can be filled with small pieces of loaf.

In a separate bowl, beat the milk and eggs with a fork or whisk. Salt and pour this mixture over a browned loaf.

Top with the filling: minced meat fried with onions, tomatoes, basil and cheese. It is not necessary to cover with a lid. Roast the pizza for 8-10 minutes and serve.
