How to do the exercise

  • Straight arms are thrown behind the head, palms are down, little fingers touch each other.
  • Do not throw your head back, it should lie flat and relaxed.

  • Stand up carefully.

During the exercise, unpleasant sensations may appear, so to begin with, lie on the roller for 1-2 minutes in the morning and in the evening, gradually bringing the session time to 5-10 minutes.

Why does it work
