1. Bread pudding
Ingredients:
- dried bread;
- 2 glasses of milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 teaspoons of butter;

Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine milk, butter, vanillin, salt and sugar.

Preparation

- Combine some vinegar, Provencal herbs, olive oil, pepper and salt.
- Season the salad, add basil and other spices to taste.
- Leave the salad for at least half an hour to soak the bread.
