Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 small tomato;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and some pulp with a knife or spoon. Cut a fresh tomato into small cubes and chop one small clove of garlic. Drive an egg into each half of the avocado, add a little chopped tomato and garlic there, salt and pepper to taste and send to the oven until the eggs are ready.

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons of maca powder

Preparation

In a small saucepan, mix ½ cup oatmeal with a cup of almond milk (or any other vegetable), bring to a boil, add one tablespoon of goji seeds, and cook for 6-7 minutes. Then remove from the stove, refrigerate and add two teaspoons of maca powder and one teaspoon of coconut oil. Stir well again and add some chia seeds and chopped banana.

They contain vitamins B1, B2, B6, E and C, 21 minerals (such as iron, zinc, iodine), 18 amino acids, 4 essential polysaccharides (LBP-1, LBP-2, LBP-3, LBP-4) and the unique antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin are some of the most important nutrients for eye and nervous system health.

Poppy is an ancient agriculture that was cultivated about 2,000 years ago in the San Blas region of central Peru. Maca root contains a significant amount of amino acids, carbohydrates and minerals (calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, iodine) and vitamins B1, B2, B12, C and E. Properties: tones up, improves endurance, strengthens the immune system, helps to restore hormonal balance and is a good prophylactic agent for diseases of the cardiovascular system.
