Everything is very simple and straightforward, written in an accessible language.

After filling out the form, the service offers to send the received document by mail or print. And here's the catch: you can only make a tax return for tuition or medical treatment for free. Declarations created for other purposes can also be sent to a printer or email, but they will be labeled "Sample" across the entire sheet. To get rid of it, you will need to pay 500 rubles. Although there is always an option to download the form and, having already learned, fill it out yourself.

But for each case that can only lead a person to fill out a tax return, the site has a separate convenient calculator that allows you to calculate the amount of tax payable or the amount of a potential refund from the state.

• fill out the 3-NDFL form and send it electronically (valid only with the electronic signature of the taxpayer), track its status.

In general, this web service is a good and simple option for both drafting and filing a declaration electronically. However, it is not so easy to get access to the “Personal Account of the Taxpayer”. There are three ways in total. The first is of medium difficulty. It consists in the need to go personally to the tax office and get it.

The second is much more difficult for mere mortals. You need to either have a qualified electronic signature, or get a universal electronic card issued by an accredited Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of Russia. You will also need cryptographic software to create a secure connection.

The last method is the simplest, most accessible and does not require any additional gestures. If you have an account, you can use it to access tax reporting. But with a caveat. Suitable only for users who have applied to receive access details personally to one of the places where the ESIA operators are present, for example, by mail.
