Otherwise, the filter may clog, and then the motor will overheat. More powerful models designed for the street will cope with bulk substances. If you do not have such a device, sweep away as much of the scattered as possible with a broom, and then use a vacuum cleaner to remove the remains.
7. Brush through the wires
This is a big mistake, especially if the brush is rotating. It is designed to draw out dust and dirt. If you often touch the wires with it, you can damage their top layer. And this can eventually lead to a fire.
8. Vacuum in one direction only
This way you will not collect all the accumulated dirt. Move the brush in different directions to thoroughly clean one area before moving on to the next. This is especially important in areas where there is a lot of dust, dirt and debris.
9. Neglect different attachments
They are produced for a reason, but to make your life easier. Different attachments work better on different surfaces and areas. For example, a narrow nozzle makes it easier to collect dust from crevices and spaces between floorboards. So don't be afraid to experiment with accessories and your home will be cleaner.
10. Fill the bag / container of the vacuum cleaner to the end
Even if your device has a tank full indicator, don't wait for it to be full. Change or empty the dust container when it is three quarters full for better suction power.
11. Wind up the cord at random
If you simply press the roll button, the wire can become tangled. And to such an extent that the vacuum cleaner will need to be carried for repairs. Therefore, lightly support the cord with your hand as it is pulled inward to avoid unnecessary problems.
12. Throw away the vacuum cleaner if it becomes less dusty
