Preparation

Combine chili, garlic, salt, black pepper and cumin. Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthways and roll in the spice mixture on all sides.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the meat and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and chop into small pieces.

Place the onion, cut into large strips, in the same pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes, then add the strips of pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.

Grease a clean skillet with oil and place in 1 tortilla. Sprinkle with some of the grated cheese, top with some of the filling and sprinkle with the cheese again. Cook for a couple of minutes, cover with another flatbread, turn over and fry for the same amount. Prepare the rest of the quesadillas in the same way.

Preparation

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Place in a skillet with heated oil and cook until the liquid evaporates from the mushrooms.

Peel the tomatoes and chop finely. Chop the garlic. Add vegetables to mushrooms and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Place some of the grated cheese on one side of the tortilla and some filling on top. Cover with the other half of the flatbread and fry in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side. Prepare the rest of the quesadillas in the same way.

Preparation

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the finely chopped onion for 5 minutes. Add chopped garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

Put the minced meat in a frying pan, stir and fry for 6-8 minutes. The meat should turn brown. Drain off the resulting grease.

Add ketchup, sugar, mustard, chili, salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer the filling and wipe down the pan.
