Ingredients
- 3 tortillas;
- 100 g mozzarella;
- 100 g cherry tomatoes;
- a few sprigs of basil;
- salt to taste.
Preparation
Preheat a skillet and place 2 tortillas on top. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese, place the tomato halves, basil leaves and the remaining mozzarella on top. Brown 1 more flatbread separately and cover the filling with it.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ a whole skinless chicken breast;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil + a little for lubrication;
- 1 red onion;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 4-6 tortillas;
- 200 g of hard cheese.
Preparation
Combine chili, garlic, salt, black pepper and cumin. Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthways and roll in the spice mixture on all sides.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the meat and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and chop into small pieces.
Place the onion, cut into large strips, in the same pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes, then add the strips of pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
Grease a clean skillet with oil and place in 1 tortilla. Sprinkle with some of the grated cheese, top with some of the filling and sprinkle with the cheese again. Cook for a couple of minutes, cover with another flatbread, turn over and fry for the same amount. Prepare the rest of the quesadillas in the same way.
3. Quesadillas with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese
Ingredients
- 250 g champignons;
- 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 4-6 tortillas;
- 200 g of hard cheese.
Preparation
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Place in a skillet with heated oil and cook until the liquid evaporates from the mushrooms.
Peel the tomatoes and chop finely. Chop the garlic. Add vegetables to mushrooms and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Place some of the grated cheese on one side of the tortilla and some filling on top. Cover with the other half of the flatbread and fry in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side. Prepare the rest of the quesadillas in the same way.
4. Quesadillas with spicy shrimps, bell pepper and cheese
Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- 1 bell pepper (you can use several peppers of different colors);
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil + a little for lubrication;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 450 g peeled shrimp;
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning or 1 tablespoon chili powder and ½ teaspoon each dried garlic, dried onion, oregano, paprika, ground cumin, salt and ground black pepper;
- 6-8 tortillas;
- 100-200 g of hard cheese.
Preparation
Chop the onion and pepper into small cubes. Put them in a skillet with heated oil, add chopped garlic and fry a little until the vegetables are soft.
Toss in the shrimp, sprinkle with purchased or homemade seasoning, and stir. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the shrimps are pink.

- 200-250 g mozzarella.
Preparation
Cut the peppers and onions into small pieces. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 220 ° C. Combine vegetables with beans, corn, chopped green onions, salt, paprika, and cumin.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- ½ onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 450 g ground beef;
- 100-120 g ketchup;
- 60 g brown sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of mustard;
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 4 tortillas;
- 200 g of different types of hard cheese.
Preparation
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the finely chopped onion for 5 minutes. Add chopped garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Put the minced meat in a frying pan, stir and fry for 6-8 minutes. The meat should turn brown. Drain off the resulting grease.
Add ketchup, sugar, mustard, chili, salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer the filling and wipe down the pan.
Place the tortilla in a frying pan, spread half of the filling and grated cheese on top. Cover with a second flatbread and brown for 2-3 minutes on each side. Prepare another quesadilla in the same way.

- 1 onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1-2 tomatoes;
- 150 g canned or boiled white beans;
- salt to taste;
- ground chili - to taste;
- 6 tortillas;
- 150 g of cheese.
Preparation
