Ingredients
- 300 g flour;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- a pinch of vanillin;
- 500 ml of milk;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil + for greasing the pan.
Preparation
Combine flour with sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour in milk little by little, stirring until smooth. Add butter to the finished dough and leave for 20 minutes.
Heat a greased skillet. Spread some of the dough over it and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
From time to time, the pan should be greased with oil.
2. Pancakes without eggs on kefir
Ingredients
- 380 g of kefir;
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- 120 g flour;
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil + for greasing the pan.
Preparation
Heat the kefir slightly. Pour soda into half of the kefir and beat. Then add sugar, salt and sifted flour and achieve uniformity.
Pour in the remaining warm kefir and stir. Add butter to the finished dough and let it brew for 15 minutes.
Heat the oiled skillet well. Pour some of the dough and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

3. Openwork pancakes without eggs in milk, kefir and water
Ingredients
- 500 g of kefir;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 320 g flour;
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 180 ml of water;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Add salt, sugar, sifted flour, soda to kefir and mix thoroughly. Pour milk and water in portions, stirring the mass. Add butter to the dough and leave for 30 minutes.
Heat a greased skillet. Spread the dough over the bottom and brown over medium heat on both sides.
You need to grease the pan before each new pancake.
4. Custard pancakes without eggs in milk
Ingredients
- 200 g flour;
- a pinch of salt;
- 1½ tablespoon sugar
- a pinch of vanillin;
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 500 ml of milk;
- 40 ml of vegetable oil;
- 40 g butter.
Preparation
Combine sifted flour, salt, sugar, vanillin and baking soda. While stirring, gradually add half of the milk. Add vegetable oil and stir.
Boil the remaining milk and pour it into the dough in a thin stream, stirring the mass until smooth. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour it into the dough and stir. Put some of the dough in the same skillet and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
You do not need to grease the pan later.
5. Openwork custard pancakes without eggs on the water
Ingredients
- 350 g flour;
- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- a pinch of vanillin;
- 500 ml of sparkling water;
- 250 ml of plain water;
- vegetable oil for greasing the pan.
Preparation
Combine sifted flour, sugar, salt, vanillin, and soda water. Pour in boiling water and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Grease a skillet with oil and heat well. Spread a thin layer of dough over the bottom and brown on both sides.
The pan should be greased before each pancake is cooked.
6. Openwork yeast pancakes on water with semolina
Ingredients
- 500 ml of water;
- 1½ tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast;
- 180 g semolina;
- 70 g flour;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- vegetable oil for greasing the pan.
Preparation
Add sugar and yeast to warm water and stir. Then add semolina and flour until smooth. Cover the container with foil and put it in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours.
Add salt and baking powder and stir. If the dough looks thick to you, add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Heat a greased skillet. Pour in some of the dough and cook over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
Grease the pan with oil before each new pancake.

7. Pancakes without eggs on tea
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
