Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 500 ml of water;
- ½ teaspoon baking powder;
- 200-220 g flour;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil + for lubrication.
Preparation
Beat eggs with salt and sugar. Pour in warm water and whisk again. Add baking powder and flour and stir until smooth. Add butter to the finished dough and leave for 10 minutes.
Grease the skillet and heat it up well. Spread the dough out in a thin layer and cook over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
From time to time, the pan should be greased with oil.
2. Pancakes on water without eggs
Delicious pancakes from almost nothing.
Ingredients
- 200 g flour;
- a pinch of vanillin;
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 400 ml of water;
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 50 ml vegetable oil + for lubrication.
Preparation
Combine flour, vanillin and sugar. Pour in water and beat thoroughly. Add baking soda and oil and mix well again.
Heat a greased skillet. Spread a thin layer of dough over the bottom and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

3. Openwork pancakes on sparkling water

- 200 g flour;

Ingredients
- 20 g of compressed yeast;
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 800 ml of water;
- 220 g flour;
- 3 eggs;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil + for lubrication.
Preparation
Crumble the yeast, add half the sugar and pour in about 100 ml of warm water. Add 1–2 tablespoons of sifted flour and stir. Cover with cling film and place in a warm place for 15–20 minutes.
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the remaining sugar. Add all the lukewarm water and salt and beat again. Pour in yeast mixture and stir.
Add the sifted flour in portions, while trying to achieve a homogeneous mass. Add butter to the dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Heat a greased skillet. Spread out a portion of the dough and cook over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
You can grease the pan only before preparing the first pancake.
5. Banana pancakes with sparkling water
Delicious pancakes with a fruity flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas (total weight approximately 360 g including the peel);
- 600 ml of sparkling water;
- a pinch of salt;
- ⅓ teaspoon baking powder;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil + for lubrication;
- 160 g white flour;
- 170 g whole grain flour.
Preparation
Puree the bananas with a hand blender. Pour in about 100 ml of sparkling water and beat again with a blender. Add salt, baking powder, oil and 200 ml water.
Stir in the white and whole grain flour mixture and stir until smooth, gradually adding in the remaining water. Let the dough stand for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the skillet well and brush with oil. Spread a layer of dough over it and fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
From time to time, the pan should be greased with oil.
6. Colored pancakes on the water
A natural dye - beets - will give the baked goods a bright color.
Ingredients
- 250 g flour;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg;
- 400 ml of water;
- 1 boiled beet;
- 50 ml vegetable oil + for lubrication.
Preparation
Combine sifted flour with salt and sugar. Add the egg and half of the water and mix well. Add finely grated beets and stir again until smooth. Pour in the remaining water and oil.
Grease a skillet and heat it up well. Spread some of the dough over it and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
