Preparation

Pour the grape juice into a small saucepan. Cut the orange and peeled ginger into slices and place there. Add cinnamon, star anise, cloves, lemon, cranberries and sugar. If you use honey, put it in ready-made mulled wine or in glasses with an already poured drink.

Put on low heat and bring to almost a boil. Remove from the stove and leave under the lid for 30 minutes. You can additionally wrap the pan with something warm.

Strain the finished mulled wine through a sieve and serve hot.
