- Imagine that you are standing on the bank of a river and want to change the direction of its flow. You will only be upset because it is impossible. Now imagine that the other person is the river. Dreaming of him to change, you just upset yourself.
- Try to see and accept him as he is. Look at him as an ordinary person with his sufferings, shortcomings and habits. Some of them annoy you, but this is completely natural.
Be open to everything. Don't reject others.
Try to see each person with their suffering and love them for who they are.
It will change you. You will learn to build relationships with other people without judging them.
