A simple plugin will turn a new browser tab into a note-taking app.
We see a new Chrome tab dozens of times a day, but often, apart from the list of the last visited pages or bookmarks, there is nothing useful on it. The developer xNotes decided to fix this and made a minimalistic note-book out of it.
xNotes replaces the contents of the new tab, displaying the notes screen instead. Here you can write down your thoughts, notes, links and other information that often needs to be recorded while surfing.
To add a new note, enter your text and press Enter. The record will be saved and moved below, freeing up the entry field for a new one.
All added notes are displayed in a list. You can edit or reorder them at any time by dragging the important ones up. Outdated entries can be easily deleted by clicking the red cross above them.
At the moment, xNotes cannot do anything else. However, the developer plans to expand the functionality of the plugin. In the next update, lists should appear, and then, possibly, other new features.
