Ingredients

  • 300 g boneless white fish fillets;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tablespoons flour;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • 50 g butter;
  • a small bunch of green onions.

Preparation

Blot the fish fillets with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, chop with a meat grinder or blender. Add egg, flour, salt and pepper to the mixture. Stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth. Grate the butter, finely chop the green onion. Add the ingredients to the minced meat and stir again. Form the minced meat into meatballs.

3. Chicken meatballs

Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken fillet;
  • 1 onion;
  • a small bunch of cilantro;
  • 100 g of white bread;
  • 75 ml of water or milk;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • ½ teaspoon salt;
  • pepper to taste.

Preparation

Rinse the chicken fillet, remove the veins, excess fat and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into several pieces. Place the ingredients in a blender or food processor and simmer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.

Wash cilantro or other greens, chop finely. Soak the bread crumb in water or milk for 5-7 minutes, then squeeze to remove excess moisture. Add an egg, softened bread, cilantro, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Grind on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.

Wet your hands with water and make meat balls no more than 4 cm in diameter.

4. Meatballs with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 250 g of meat;
  • 150 g cauliflower;
  • 1 egg;
  • 20 g ginger;
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
  • salt to taste.

Preparation

Scroll the meat (ideally chicken) in a meat grinder or blender. Rinse the cauliflower, separate the inflorescences, put in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then cool the cabbage a little, chop it in a blender and put it in the minced meat. Add egg, grated ginger, soy sauce and bread crumbs. Mix well and mold into small balls.

Preparation

Dip the meatballs in flour. Pour olive oil into the pan and add butter. In this mixture, fry the meatballs until tender, 10-12 minutes, remembering to turn over. Remove the finished meatballs from the heat and let it brew under the lid. Prepare the sauce at this time.

Start with berry. Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Bring to a boil. Add the berries and mash them well. Cover the sauce and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
