The military has found a way to get people to not only read emails carefully, but also respond to them.

This letter marking system was invented by the military. In their environment, there is no place for procrastination, vague wording and long descriptions. Each letter should be short, like an army team, and as accurately as possible to reach its target, like a sniper's shot.

This is easy to achieve. It is enough to supply outgoing messages with special labels. Here is a list of some of them:

• Action … Means that the addressee must urgently do something.
• Signature … The letter contains a document that needs to be signed.
• Information … The letter contains some information that the recipient should know.
• Solution … Means that a decision needs to be made.
• Inquiry … The sender asks for access to information or permission to do something.

The recipient will need only one glance at the subject line to immediately determine its nature and importance. This allows you to more effectively cope with parsing mail and respond primarily to those messages that require immediate action or resolution.

Of course, the given set of labels is approximate. You can come up with completely different ones, more appropriate to your field of activity and the tasks being performed.
