REVIEW: "Running with Lidyard"

My work in Lifehacker's editorial office began with a note about running (here it is, by the way). Probably, you are now waiting for the words "with a note on running it will end." You shouldn’t wait - I’m still running, with Lydyard. Which is what I advise you.

If running is Salvation, then Running with Lidyard is the Bible. It's hard to try to review a book that has been essentially the only guide to wellness jogging for forty years. Together with this book, hundreds, thousands of people ran their marathon under their arm (and many of them were well over 60). And you can too, you'll see!

Reading the book is very interesting (if you overpower the first few tens of pages with anatomical and physiological details). This is a strong, interesting, very useful book - it will tell you why running is not only not harmful, but also very useful, and will also teach you how to breathe and move correctly. I just want to say "fi" to the paperback - dear Mann, Ivanov and Ferber, please don't do that anymore! It seems to the author of these lines that when he dies and goes to hell, he will be forced to read paperback books, and this will be the most terrible punishment for him.

Arthur Lidyard has not been with us for several years. However, everyone who knows him says that he did not die - he just ran away and did not return. However, his philosophy and book live on. And if you also want to be strong, calm and healthy - start reading "Running with Lidyard" and running (you can even do this at the same time).
