The developers of the popular email client for Mac have improved the mechanism for managing folders, working with smart filters, as well as adding shortcuts and other features that can be used to clean up the mess in your Inbox in no time.
Labels make your mail easier to read. Each message in the list is marked with a corresponding label. For greater effect, labels can also be separated using colors. They are displayed both in the message list and in the letter itself.
Also, the developers took care of more convenient folder management and literally brought it to a new level. Each folder now has a message counter, which can be configured to display both new and all messages, which is very convenient when sorting mail according to specified rules.
The folders themselves can be easily rearranged by simply dragging and dropping in the sidebar. Excess ones can be removed, missing ones can be added. Folder navigation is also made easier with a customizable color code. For added convenience, there are favorites, recent folders, and customizable smart folders with natural language filters.
Improvements also affected search, which became even more intelligent and learned to understand the logical terms "and", "or". With new features, multiple emails and folders can be displayed in the results at once, making it even easier to find the messages you want.
