Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup (190 g) peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • 15 ml of water or milk;
  • 20 g of dark chocolate.

The first step is to crush the chocolate. You can also use ready-made chocolate or cocoa chips.

Mix protein powder with almond flour. You can replace almond flour with any nut flour or a similar amount of whole grain flour. True, the latter can be slightly bitter in the finished delicacy.

Add peanut butter or any peanut butter and mix everything together.

Add liquid to the resulting mixture - water or milk. While mixing, focus on your own feelings: if the mixture is dry and crumbles when you try to make a ball out of it, then add more liquid, otherwise add flour or protein.
