Ingredients

  • 4 cups peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup of natural yogurt;
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of honey.

Preparation

To remove the peel from the peaches, cut it crosswise, dip the fruit for literally 5 seconds in boiling water and then quickly pour over them with cold water.

Remove the skins, cut the peaches into small wedges and place them in the freezer.

Put the well-frozen slices into a food processor, add honey, lemon juice and yogurt there. Grind until smooth and either serve immediately or transfer to a plastic container and send to the freezer. Such ice cream can be stored for a whole month!

You can skip freezing the peaches before cooking and simply send the fresh fruit / yogurt mixture to the freezer for a while. But the first option is more convenient, since the delicacy can be eaten immediately!
