Benefits, social benefits and benefits

Families with children under 16 can receive 10 thousand rubles again

The payment is due to those born from May 11, 2004 to June 30, 2020. Earlier, money was transferred differently for children under three years of age. It was not a lump sum payment, but a monthly payment. Now everyone has been leveled.

If you have previously applied for any coronavirus payment for a child - both up to three and up to 16 years old, then the money will come automatically, you do not need to do anything. If you have not received anything yet, proceed - you will receive both the first and second payments.

The limit of preferential mortgages at 6.5% has increased

Now for Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions, the loan limit has been increased to 12 million, for other regions - to 6 million. The rest of the requirements remain the same:

  • The apartment is located in a new building - rented out or still under construction - and is being sold by a legal entity.
  • The initial payment is at least 20%.
  • The mortgage agreement was concluded in the period from April 17 to November 1, 2020.

Preferential car loans will be issued on new terms

The state increases the down payment by 10%. For residents of the Far Eastern Federal District - by 25%. The maximum cost of a car is 1.5 million, the car must be new and produced in Russia. You can use a preferential loan:

  • parent of at least one child;
  • the buyer of the first car;
  • health worker;
  • a seller of an old car through trade-in, and the car must be owned for at least a year.

Pensions and social benefits will be paid only to the Mir card

The new requirement is effective from July 1. An exception is made for funds that are credited to a savings account or delivered by mail.

Benefits and services for people with disabilities will be provided without unnecessary information

From July 1, 10% of the spaces in each public parking lot must be allocated to disabled people. Not only disabled people of the first and second groups are allowed to put cars there. Now this right is also given to disabled persons of the third group, who have problems with independent movement. They also stop issuing the sign "Disabled". Instead, the vehicle will need to be registered with the federal register.

In addition, from July 1, you do not need to provide certificates of disability to receive payments and government services. Departments should find this information on their own through their channels.

Finance

You will have to pay more for a communal apartment

From July 1, the tariffs for housing and communal services will traditionally rise. How much depends on the region. The Russian government has set the maximum growth in total payments. Most of all it is in Chechnya - 6, 5%, least of all in the Nenets Autonomous District - 2, 4%. Above this figure, the authorities cannot raise prices, but below this figure, yes. To find out what awaits your region, look for rates on the websites of the regional executive power.

You will have to report on working with collectors

Since July 1, an organization that has attracted a collector to collect debts from an individual creditor is obliged to place data on this in the Unified Federal Register of Information on the Facts of Legal Entities. The data of the collector and the creditor, passport data and TIN of the latter, the number and date of the conclusion of the contract for which there are debts must be indicated. According to the law, only the creditor, the collector and the organization itself will have access to information.

Trips

The conditions for the refund of money for canceled travel by trains and ships have been determined

From July 1, train passengers are guaranteed a refund for the ticket if the trip did not take place due to the threat or introduction of an emergency in the country or a separate part of it. Also, the client may not return the funds, but go by the same route and in a car of the same comfort for the next 12 months without additional payments. The conditions also apply to the emergency preparedness mode.

A similar law has been adopted in relation to water transport - both river and sea. But these regulations are only valid for trips scheduled from February 1 to December 31, 2020. In the event of a threat or introduction of an emergency regime or increased readiness for it, the carrier is allowed to unilaterally change the route, type of vessel, date and time of departure. If the passenger does not agree with the new conditions, he can receive money. Another option is to use the services of a carrier within the paid amount within 18 months.

Business

The tax office will start checking organizations again

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, a moratorium on tax control measures and the collection of tax debts was temporarily in effect in Russia. Initially, it was introduced until June 1, then it was extended. On July 1, its deadline expired, so the Federal Tax Service can act.

A resident of any region can become self-employed

But a lot will depend on the local authorities. It is they who will decide whether the subject is ready to join the experiment of introducing a tax on professional income. If yes, then a resident of this region will be able to register as self-employed and pay not 13% of personal income tax from his income, but 4% when working with individuals or 6% in cooperation with companies. By the way, now you can become self-employed from the age of 16.

Citizenship

It will become easier to become a citizen of the Russian Federation

From July 24, the following persons can obtain Russian citizenship in a simplified manner:

  • Spouses of Russian citizens living in Russia. Moreover, the marriage should last from three years. But if there are common children, the term is unimportant.
  • Children of a citizen of the Russian Federation living in Russia.
  • Citizens of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Moldova.
  • Those who, after July 1, 2002, received professional education in Russia. It is important to work in the country in aggregate for at least a year.

Foreigners wishing to have Russian citizenship are no longer required to apply to the authority of the country of origin to renounce their previous citizenship.
