According to the creators of the Habit List, the reluctance to undo your success and the desire to break the already set record will be excellent motivators at first and will not be needed at all in the near future, when the habit is developed. You can track your progress inside the application in a special calendar and using diagrams that show the degree of completion and the regularity of daily actions. This allows you to spot patterns and weaknesses in your schedule and create the most productive daily plan possible.
A chronologically sorted list of all current tasks is displayed on the Today tab. Next to each of them you will see a badge with the number of days during which you reached the goal. Red badges mean you should muster your strength and do your best. Gray - optional, skipping the task does not affect your "strike". Greens urge you not to forget to complete the task today.
Habit List has a flexible and convenient scheduling system. The task can be scheduled for daily execution, with an interval of several days, or for any days of the week. If you are going on vacation, current tasks can be paused and resumed when you return.
The only downside to Habit List is that it only has an iOS version that is compatible exclusively with the iPhone. Otherwise, this is a great daily helper that will make you a little more disciplined in the new year. The app is available for download in the App Store and costs $3.
