Make this complex, and you can not worry about the extra calories from the dessert.
The exercises of this complex involve the muscles of the whole body, and the interval format makes you work with all your might, albeit in short periods of time. As a result, you will burn many more calories than if you did multiple sets of push-ups, abs creases, or other home exercises.
What's more, intensity builds your endurance and continues to burn extra calories even after you finish your workout.
Perform each movement for 30 seconds, then rest until the end of the minute and begin the next. To get the most out of the interval format, do your best during work periods and don't stop.
The complex includes the following exercises:
- Air squat throws with legs attached.
- Swing backwards with pulling the knee to the chest in a downward dog position.
- Alternate touch of the knees in the "star".
- Bear penetration.
- Transition from knees to squats with hands behind the head.
At the end of the circle, rest for the prescribed 30 seconds and start over. Complete three circles.
