The complex consists of five exercises:
- Push-ups with a turn to the side bar.
- "Rock climber" crosswise with a jump to the hands.
- Reverse with leg extension.
- Plank with touching the feet.
- Alternating squat and jump lunge.
Do each exercise for 40 seconds and rest the rest of the minute. When you finish the last exercise, go back to the first and do the complex from the beginning. Do four laps - this will take 20 minutes.
