Ingredients
- 2 cups (240 g) flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee;
- 115 g butter;
- ⅔ cup (150 g) sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 90 g dark chocolate;
- 100-120 g of sweet cherries.
Preparation
The longest and most painstaking work will be the pitting of cherries. Well-established technique will help to simplify the process. Knead into a thick dough by mixing the liquid and dry ingredients. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and add extra oil on the paper. Spread the dough in a thin layer, and top with the berries and chocolate.
Send the form into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Let the platter cool, then cut into pieces of the desired size.
