Each bar is based on a mixture of nut flour with a small amount of butter and powdered sugar, which is then poured into a light sweet and sour cream. An energy boost and a full stomach until lunchtime are guaranteed!
Ingredients
For the basics:
- 1 1/2 cups almond or peanut flour
- ¾ glasses of wheat flour;
- ¼ glasses of powdered sugar;
- ½ cup butter, melted.
For the cream:
- 4 eggs;
- ¾ glasses of sugar;
- ⅓ a glass of lemon juice;
- ½ teaspoon baking powder;
- ⅓ glasses of flour.
Preparation
- Blend all of the base ingredients until crumb is formed.
- Tamp the crumbs in a parchment-covered baking dish (20x20 cm) and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
- Whisk the ingredients together, avoiding the formation of flour lumps.
- Pour the finished cream onto the nut crust and return the mold to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
- Divide everything into bars of the desired shape and size.
