- 2 tablespoons sour cream;
- 1 ½ tablespoons of milk;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- a clove of garlic;
- dill, parsley, green onions.
For hummus:
- 250 g of boiled chickpeas;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 tablespoons of tahini;
- 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- juice of ½ lemon.
Preparation
Beat all ingredients with a blender until smooth.
