  • 2 tablespoons sour cream;
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of milk;
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • a clove of garlic;
  • dill, parsley, green onions.

For hummus:

  • 250 g of boiled chickpeas;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 tablespoons of tahini;
  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • juice of ½ lemon.
