  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries or any other)
  • ½ glass of pomegranate juice (preferably natural);
  • ½ glass of water;
  • ½ tablespoon of chia seeds.

Cooking. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk. On top, if desired, you can add a little cinnamon or chia seeds.
