I really love Italian food for its simple and delicious recipes. And even if the refrigerator is almost empty, there will always be at least a small piece of Parmesan, hot peppers and garlic. That's why I remembered this recipe - I forgot to go to the store.
It's so easy that it's hard to call it a recipe;)
So, in order to cook this for lunch, you will need any pasta (I love spaghetti), hot fresh peppers, garlic, olive oil, fresh or dry basil, salt and pepper to taste.
Before adding the pepper, I highly recommend tasting it carefully for its spiciness. If you overdo it, it will be almost impossible to eat.
Boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Peel the garlic and crush the cloves with a knife, cut hot peppers into thin rings.
Preheat the pan, add olive oil and garlic. Fry for just a minute and add pepper and pasta. Season with black pepper and dry basil. Fry everything for 30 seconds and remove from heat. Take out the garlic, put it on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.
If you have fresh basil, then add it to the ready-made pasta.
