Do you like desserts, but do not like to mess around in the kitchen for a long time and then wash mountains of dishes? Then you will surely like this post: we bring you three new recipes for delicious desserts that you can prepare in a cup. And cooking in a cup is almost always quick and always very easy!
New brownie variant
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- ¼ cups of flour;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- ⅛ teaspoon baking powder;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 2 tablespoons of water;
- 2 tablespoons of mini marshmallows (marshmallows);
- 1 cracker, mashed into crumbs;
- 2-3 squares of chocolate.
Preparation
Mix well with a fork in a cup of cocoa, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Then add water and vegetable oil and stir again until smooth. Add half the marshmallows and a couple of chocolate squares to the chocolate mass. The chocolate should be squeezed so that it is in the middle of the dough.
Microwave the cup for 30 seconds at full power. If you are short on time, cook for another 10-15 seconds. Then spread the remaining marshmallow on top and microwave it again for 10-15 seconds, or until it starts to melt a little.
Serve garnished with leftover chocolate and cracker crumbs.
Strawberry cake
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons flour;
- ⅛ teaspoon baking powder;
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- ⅛ teaspoon of salt;
- 5-7 strawberries, peeled off the tails and cut into several pieces;
- ¼ - ½ cup of whipped cream.
Preparation
At the bottom of the cup, use a fork to mix the sugar and butter until smooth. Add flour, salt and baking powder, then gently stir in the cream.
Microwave at full power for 45 seconds. Check the readiness with a toothpick. If the middle is not baked, send it to the oven for another 10–20 seconds.
Top with strawberries and whipped cream.
Grated pie with pear and berries
Ingredients:
- 1 small pear (should fit completely in the cup)
- vegetable oil;
- ½ cup berry mix;
- 1 small shortbread or oatmeal cookie;
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons of almond or wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of almond flakes
- ⅛ teaspoon of cinnamon.
Preparation
Dip the berries in a teaspoon of almond or wheat flour. Put them on the bottom of the cup, put the pear on top and press it into the berry mixture by about a third. Then coat the pear on top with vegetable oil, add almond flakes and crumbled cookies to the sides in a cup. The final touch is to sprinkle it all with cinnamon and sugar.
Send it to the microwave for 2-3 minutes at maximum power. The berries should start juicing, and the pear should become soft.
