Ingredients
- 200 g cherry tomatoes;
- 1 cucumber;
- ¼ – ½ onions;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 bunch of lettuce leaves;
- 1-2 tablespoons of roasted peanuts;
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 30-50 g chips with sour cream and greens flavor.
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes in half. Chop the cucumber into large pieces and chop the onion into small strips. Chop the garlic and chop the lettuce leaves coarsely. Add peanuts to the ingredients.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Season the salad with the mixture. Add the chips and mix again.
2. Puff salad "Sunflower" with chips, chicken, eggs, mushrooms and olives
Ingredients
- 6 eggs;
- 250 g of hard cheese;
- 2 smoked chicken legs;
- 200 g pickled champignons;
- 200 g corn - optional;
- 300-400 g of mayonnaise;
- 100 g pitted olives;
- 100-120 g of chips with any flavor.
Preparation
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Chop the whites finely. Grate the yolks and cheese on a fine grater.
Remove the skin from the chicken, remove the bones. Cut the meat and mushrooms into small pieces.
Now assemble the salad in this order: half cheese, egg whites, chicken, mushrooms, leftover cheese, and egg yolks. You can add corn to the salad. Each layer, including the yolks, must be covered with mayonnaise. If this is too much for you, lubricate every second or third coat.
To prevent the ingredients from mixing, make a mesh. To do this, cut off the very tip of the pack and squeeze the sauce out of there.
Cut the olives into thin strips and place them on the salad. Insert two layers of chips on the sides.
3. Salad with chips, corn and Korean carrots
Ingredients
- 400 g of Korean carrots;
- 250 g canned corn;
- a few tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 100-150 g of cheese-flavored chips.
Preparation
Combine carrots, corn, and mayonnaise. Place on a platter or in separate bowls. Sprinkle with crumbled chips on top.
4. Layered salad with chips, crab sticks, cheese and tomato
Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- 1 tomato;
- 200 g crab sticks;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 100-150 g of mayonnaise;
- 50–80 g bacon-flavored chips;
- a few sprigs of parsley;
- several cherry tomatoes - optional.
Preparation
Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into thin slices. Slice the tomato as well. Chop the crab sticks into large pieces, chop the garlic, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Place crab sticks and tomatoes on a platter, cover with mayonnaise mesh and sprinkle with garlic. Top with eggs, sauce and cheese. Mesh again and lay out the chips. Garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
5. Salad with chips, cucumbers and fish
Ingredients
- 2-3 eggs;
- 1 can of canned red fish or 1-2 boiled fillets;
- 150-200 g of crab sticks;
- 1-2 fresh cucumbers;
- 100 g chips;
- mayonnaise to taste.
Preparation
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Mash the fish with a fork. Cut the sticks and eggs into cubes, cucumbers into strips. Combine with broken chips and mayonnaise.
6. Salad with chips, sausage and corn
Ingredients
- 4 eggs;
- 200 g smoked sausage;
- 100 g paprika-flavored chips + some for garnish;
- 250 g canned corn;
- ¼ bunch of green onions;
- a few tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Preparation
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut sausage, 3 eggs and 1 white into small cubes. Break the chips into small pieces. Add corn, chopped onion and mayonnaise to the ingredients and stir.
Put the salad on a plate, cover with mayonnaise and make them a few "colors" of chips. Crush the yolk in the center.
