We baked zucchini in protein batter. It took half an hour to complete everything. It turned out very tasty and healthy. With sauce - generally delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 small zucchini or zucchini;
- 1 protein;
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Cut the zucchini into small pieces. Add salt and pepper to the protein and beat. Dip the zucchini in protein, and then roll in breadcrumbs and put on a baking sheet.
By the way, you can add a little grated hard cheese (ideally parmesan) to the bread crumbs, but unfortunately I didn't have this product at hand.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and send the zucchini baking sheet there for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Serve with your favorite sauce. We tried it with Thai hot sweet and sour cream sauce (sour cream, garlic and olive oil). It turned out very tasty!
