1. Thin oat pancakes with milk
Ingredients
- 90 g oatmeal;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 150 ml of water;
- 150 ml of milk;
- 2¼ tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 100-130 g flour;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 10 g baking powder.
Preparation
Grind the oatmeal with a blender or coffee grinder to make a flour from the cereal.
First, beat the eggs with sugar, and then with water, milk and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the ground oatmeal and let sit for a couple of minutes. Then add flour, salt and baking powder. Stir to avoid lumps.
Grease a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour over an incomplete ladle of dough and bake thin pancakes for about a minute on each side.
2. Fluffy oat pancakes with milk
Ingredients
- 140-180 g of oatmeal;
- 480 ml of milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 4¼ tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 80–90 g flour;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 2½ teaspoon baking powder.
Preparation
Pour the oatmeal with milk and leave for 3-5 minutes. Then add eggs, 4 tablespoons of butter, flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Mix well.
Grease a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Spread out a little dough and bake the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Oat pancakes with kefir
Ingredients
- 90 g oatmeal;
- 240 ml of kefir;
- 1-2 eggs;
- 1¼ tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 pinch of baking soda.
Preparation
Grind the oatmeal with a blender, cover with kefir and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature. Then add eggs, 1 tablespoon of butter, sugar, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
Grease a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour out a little dough and bake the pancakes until golden brown, about a couple of minutes on each side.
4. Oat pancakes with curdled milk with semolina
Ingredients
- 200 g semolina;
- 90 g oatmeal;
- 500 ml of yogurt;
- 2 eggs;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 3¼ tablespoon vegetable oil.
Preparation
Combine semolina with oatmeal, pour over yogurt and leave for 2 hours at room temperature. Then add beaten eggs, salt, sugar, baking soda and 3 tablespoons of butter to the mixture. Mix well.
Grease a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Spread out a little dough and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides, about a couple of minutes each.
5. Oat pancakes with milk with apple and cinnamon
Ingredients
- 120 g oatmeal;
- 500 ml of milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 170 g flour;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 apple;
- ¼ a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Grind the oatmeal with a blender. Then whisk with milk, eggs, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Finely chop the apple and add to the dough.
Grease a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour out a little dough and fry the pancakes for about a couple of minutes on each side.
6. Oat pancakes with banana
Ingredients
- 2 bananas;
- 45 g oatmeal;
- 2 eggs;
- ½ teaspoon baking powder;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- ¼ a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Use a blender to whisk the bananas with the oatmeal, eggs, baking powder and salt. Then leave for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
Grease a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Spread a little dough and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides, about a couple of minutes each.
