Lush pancakes with kefir, milk, yeast or whey, pear, semolina or chocolate pancakes without eggs - we recommend trying everything.
1. Thick pancakes on kefir
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 2½ tablespoons of sugar
- a pinch of salt;
- a pinch of vanillin;
- 500 g of kefir;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 300 g flour;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Whisk eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla. Add half of the kefir and soda, beat well and leave for a few minutes.
Add flour gradually, stirring thoroughly. Pour in the remaining kefir and achieve a homogeneous consistency. Add butter to the finished dough.
Place some of the dough in a dry skillet and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
You do not need to grease the pan with oil.
2. Thick pancakes with yeast and milk
Ingredients
- 500 ml of milk;
- 30 g of compressed yeast;
- 350-400 g flour;
- 3 eggs;
- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil + for lubrication.
Preparation
Crumble the yeast into warm milk. Add flour and stir. Cover the container with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 40-50 minutes.
Then add eggs, sugar, salt and butter and mix thoroughly. Cover with foil again and put in a warm place for another 1 hour. Do not stir the matched dough.

- 450 g of kefir;
- 50 ml vegetable oil + for lubrication;

- 260 g flour;
- 2 soft pears.
Preparation
Beat the egg and sugar. Add kefir, butter and baking soda and beat again. Add flour and mix thoroughly.
Purée the peeled pears with a blender. Add pear puree to the dough and stir.
Preheat the skillet well and brush with oil. Spread the dough out and fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.

Ingredients
- 1 egg;

- 180 g semolina;
- 140 g flour;
- vegetable oil - for lubrication.

Whisk the egg with sugar, salt and vanilla. Heat the milk and butter slightly. Add them and yeast to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
Combine semolina and flour. Gradually add them to the milk mass, stirring thoroughly. Cover the container with the dough with foil and place in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours.

Ingredients
- 480 g flour;
- ½ tablespoon of salt;

- 630 ml of serum;

Preparation
Combine flour, salt and sugar. Heat the whey, it should be almost hot. Pour the whey into the flour, leaving about two tablespoons, and mix thoroughly.
Add eggs to the dough one by one. Bring the remaining whey to a boil, add the baking soda and mix well. Pour the mixture into the dough quickly while stirring. Let it brew for 10 minutes.
