Some time ago, we posted a review of one interesting iPhone, which perfectly motivates you to perform daily tasks. The application has met with approval from our readers, and many of them asked for a similar motivator for Android. And we found him.

Freemium application called will help you add and consolidate good habits in your life and get rid of bad ones. In order not to break down in a difficult moment, not to quit what you started, abandoning the intended goal, use the ideal tool - a graphical display of your progress over a long period of time. Looking at a long chain of daily successes in a given endeavor, you cannot afford to interrupt this streak of victories.

The application is very easy to use. First, you need to make a list of your good and bad habits. To do this, click the corresponding icon at the top of the screen. You can choose habits from a prepared list, or create them yourself.

After entering the name of the habit, you need to indicate whether it is good or bad. This is necessary to avoid confusion when recording the results on a daily basis. For example, if you have a goal to give up soda and this habit is good, then when you mark it with the “Yes” item, the application will count the result as positive. If the habit is bad (for example, smoking), then when you mark it with a “Yes” item, negative progress will be counted. This is logical, because if you have succumbed to any of the bad habits, then there is nothing to praise yourself for.

From ourselves, we can advise a small trick: to completely eliminate confusion, leave only good habits, and invert bad ones. For example, we have a bad habit “Smoking” recorded, but we can rename it “No smoking” and mark it as good.

After creating a list of habits, just click on the diary icon in the upper left corner. Before us will appear our habits and fields for marking the result. We simply poke into the field corresponding to the present day and note whether we have completed the task or not. After that, the field will be colored with the corresponding color.

By clicking on the icon in the upper right corner, you can change the monitoring period (week and month). Over time, when many days have passed since the beginning of the path to the goal, it will be incredibly pleasant for you to switch to the monthly view and see a solid green line there, which indicates the success of your endeavor.
