Rule 21 days. How to develop good habits

Contrary to popular belief, developing new healthy habits isn't all that difficult. And I'll tell you how.

Rule 21 days. How to develop good habits

I would not write about this rule if I had not convinced myself that it works. Repeatedly. With his help, I lost weight, got myself into a sports shape and stopped suffering from bullshit all day long. Now I want to talk about it here so that as many people as possible learn that it is not so difficult to develop good habits.

Not difficult at all, to be honest.

So, I want to talk about the 21-day rule. I don’t even remember how I found out about it, but I definitely didn’t come up with it myself. Not that smart. This is how it sounds (free translation):

If we repeat the same action for 21 days, it is deposited in the subconscious, and we begin to do it automatically.

I don't know what the subconscious is. But the rule really works. I will try to explain how it worked for me. With his help, I lost weight. I completely changed my schedule and it was quite difficult at first. And at that time I did not know about this rule yet. But this does not mean that it did not work.

Surprisingly, it has become much easier to maintain a new schedule, diet and exercise regimen over time (about three weeks). Not even that. I just couldn't go on living without exercising, eating right, and maintaining my schedule.

The same goes for other, more personal habits that I have developed and which you will not be very interested in hearing about. And it may be interesting, but I still won't tell.

If you want to change your life, for example want to start brushing your teeth in the evenings, then just start. I say banal things, but if you are not a weak-willed turd, it is not so difficult to do it. Build up all the remnants of your willpower and act for 21 days in a row. And then you cannot live without it.
