What is the resistance
Brain resistance prevents us from getting better and achieving big goals. Therefore, you need to understand how to pacify him, and not succumb to his influence.
Resistance works against you if:
- you constantly postpone work on what is important to you;
- you criticize yourself too much;
- you all the time feel that you are not doing well enough;
- you always find excuses not to do something.
Resistance is the voice that tells you to be careful, take your time, find a compromise. This is a voice that whispers to you that you will not succeed, that people will only laugh if you decide to try yourself in something new. The resisting brain will do everything it can to prevent you from reaching your potential.
The brain will juggle facts, threaten, seduce and convince you to give up and stay in your comfort zone.

How to overcome internal barriers and start creating”he notes that the more resistance we experience, the more important this or that unrealized project is for us and the more satisfaction we will feel when we finally implement it.
“Resistance takes the form of fear, and the level of fear matches the strength of the Resistance,” explains Pressfield. - Therefore, the more we are afraid of some undertaking, the more important it is for us and for our spiritual development. If it meant nothing to us, there would be no Resistance."

- First, stop striving to be perfect in everything.
- Find something important enough to make you fearful. And take action despite resistance.
- Break your project or goal into a large number of steps and sub-points.
- Write down all the steps. Rank them by importance. Go back to the first point and determine where to start with.
- Take small steps. Do your own thing for at least 20 minutes a day. The main thing is not to stop.
Don't be discouraged if something doesn't work out for you. Try again and again. This is the only way to achieve success.
