The crispy crust hides tender poultry meat with zucchini, apple, pumpkin, spinach, cottage cheese and more.
Use minced meat or make your own from turkey fillets. If you take frozen food, thaw it in the refrigerator beforehand.
For frying, use a regular skillet or grill pan. To make sure the patties are ready, break one. The meat inside should be free of pinkish tinge.
Serve the turkey patties hot or chilled, garnished with vegetables, rice, potatoes or pasta and a variety of sauces such as tomato. It's also a great ingredient for delicious homemade burgers.
1. Turkey cutlets with onions and potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- 1 potato;
- 100 g of white bread crumb;
- 50 ml of milk;
- 500 g minced turkey;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- any spices - optional;
- 50–70 g flour;
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Finely chop the onion. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Pour milk over the bread and leave for 7-10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, vegetables, soaked bread, salt, pepper, and spices. Form small patties and drench them in flour.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pieces for 4-7 minutes on each side.
2. Turkey cutlets with semolina, sour cream and mustard
Ingredients
- 500 g turkey fillet;
- 2 onions;
- 2-3 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sour cream;
- 1 tablespoon semolina
- 1-2 tablespoons of flour;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Chop the turkey fillet into small pieces. Chop the onion. Combine poultry, vegetables, eggs, mustard, sour cream, semolina and flour in a deep bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Cover with a lid or cling film and leave in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
Then remove the minced meat, stir again and form into small patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pieces for 4-7 minutes on each side.
3. Turkey cutlets with caraway seeds, turmeric and coriander
Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 600 g minced turkey;
- ½ teaspoon of ground cumin;
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 egg;
- ¾ teaspoon of salt;
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Preparation
Pass the garlic through a press. In a large bowl, combine the minced meat with cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic, lemon juice, egg, salt and pepper.
Form small patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pieces for 3-6 minutes on each side, until the crust is golden brown.
4. Turkey cutlets with pesto and cottage cheese
Ingredients
- 450 g minced turkey;
- 1 egg;
- 3-4 tablespoons of pesto;
- 150 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of dried onions;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 pinch of ground red pepper;
- 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
In a deep bowl, combine the minced meat with egg, pesto, cottage cheese, onion, salt, black and red pepper. Form small patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pieces for 4-6 minutes on each side.

- 1 medium zucchini;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- ⅛ small onions;
- 450 g minced turkey;
- 50 g crushed crackers;

Grate the zucchini on a medium grater and squeeze out the excess moisture. Chop the garlic and onion.
In a deep bowl, combine the minced meat, crackers, vegetables, salt and pepper. Form small patties.

- 1 small apple;
