Preparation
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Fry the chopped garlic in it for about 30 seconds. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, for a minute, until the mixture begins to bubble.
Pour in milk gradually, stirring the mixture continuously. When it starts to boil, add 50 g of grated cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Add whole lemon juice, chopped parsley and spices. Stir and remove sauce from heat.
