Each person defines for himself the principles of life, nutrition, behavior, and so on. Someone is based on their experience, someone on scientific data, someone blindly follows other people's dogmas, not trying to grasp the essence. Someone's position resonates with you, while someone else is completely rejected.

After reading the principles of Pavel Durov (he published his rules for a healthy life on his 33rd birthday), I would boldly subscribe to five out of seven, namely:

  1. I do not drink alcohol, but I do not consider a glass to be drunk by someone once a month a crime against health.
  2. I am against any drugs and against any form of smoking. This is the most unreasonable habit, in my opinion.
  3. I stopped drinking tea, coffee and other tonic drinks. It's a pity for the adrenal glands. They will still be useful to me, I hope.
  4. I don't eat fast food. Better to be hungry. I don't drink soda under any circumstances. To me, these drinks are like technical liquids. It would never occur to anyone to use kerosene.:)
  5. And in my house no one watches TV for a long time. We can watch a movie, but no TV shows, talk shows or similar information flow. I find out the news on the Internet.

But there are two points with which I strongly disagree - this is the rejection of meat, dietary supplements and medicines.

As for meat, I have a very simple principle: you cannot defeat nature and you don't even have to try. We can only make our own adjustments. For example, anti-age therapy, which I am doing, will not give anyone immortality, but it will help you live longer, moreover in your right mind, on your own feet and not depend on the help of other people. In other words, it helps to be free, healthy and reasonable. And also look younger than your peers, which is great.

So, to the fact that we are not herbivores. As much as vegetarians can convince us that cows do not eat meat and yet have such impressive muscle mass, this does not work. The human digestive tract is designed in such a way that plant proteins cannot be completely digested and assimilated in such a volume that a person does not find himself in a protein deficiency.

We do not have a stomach in the form of a book, a very long intestine, and the fermentation system is a little bit different. In addition, it is the combination of proteins of animal and plant origin that enables us to obtain all amino acids, micro- and macronutrients and synthesize the necessary nucleic acids and proteins.

The world must be accepted as it is. Eat meat, preferably high quality meat.

As for the pharmaceutical industry, my position is as follows. Let's not talk about serious pathologies now, where a person will simply die without drugs. We are talking about relatively healthy people who want to live happily ever after.

Once upon a time people lived in excellent physiological conditions: they went to bed at sunset, drank clean water, ate healthy food, and had a healthy intestinal microflora. And then they really could not use dietary supplements, since everything was obtained from food.

Now, when the level of stress cannot be compensated by the capabilities of the body, when the amount of glucose consumed is off scale, when obesity has turned into an epidemic and even a pandemic, it is almost impossible to maintain health without additional support through functional nutrition and the use of biological supplements.

Something like that.
