Preparation

Ingredients:
- 2 pitas;
- Cherry tomatoes;

Preparation

6. Scrambled eggs with tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tomatoes;
- sunflower oil;
- salt and spices to taste.
Preparation
Time: 10 minutes.
Remove the skins from the tomatoes and fry in oil, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Then break eggs into a frying pan, add spices and leave for a couple of minutes under a closed lid. To diversify the eggs, you can cook them in olive oil or with the addition of lemon juice.
