It so happened that, having arrived in Thailand this time, I finally ended up not in a standard massage parlor, of which there are a dime a dozen on the beaches and tourist streets, but to the right masseuse who does a real Thai massage, and not these stroking for tourists … I went to her almost every other day for a month. The pain was hellish, but all this suffering was completely paid off by the sensation after the massage. When I flew away, she said in an orderly tone that I simply have to perform at least simple yoga complexes for the back and the whole body every other day, otherwise the problems will return again.
After returning home, I chose for myself several videos of yoga classes to maintain flexibility of the whole body and, of course, exercises for the back.
