An Android app to help you learn Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
The developers of the famous Drops service have released a new application Scripts, designed to simplify the study of hieroglyphs. With it, you do not have to constantly cram something and spend several hours a day on lessons.
Script allows you to learn Chinese characters (kanji), the Korean alphabet (Hangul), and the Japanese writing system (hiragana and katakana). Each letter and symbol is accompanied by quality pronunciation, recorded by a professional native speaker.
In the case of kanji, the learning process includes training the typeface by linking the symbol to associative illustrations. This allows us to understand why the hieroglyph is depicted in this way and not otherwise.
You can form a list of words or letters to memorize yourself, skipping what you already know. You can test yourself with the help of quick mini-games that will not take much of your time.
Just like the original Drops app, Scripts allows you to exercise for just 5 minutes a day. The counter will tick while some lessons are open. According to the developers, with such a breakdown into intervals, the material is learned much better, and the whole learning process ceases to be tedious and stressful.
In 5-minute mode, the application can be used completely free of charge. Those who wish to extend the time frame can subscribe to a premium subscription, which also removes ads, opens all available themes for 31 languages in Drops and allows you to use the service offline.
