Craft an egg holder, Easter wreath or postcard following Lifehacker's detailed instructions.
Easter egg
If you are going to give someone a little candy for Easter, make some eggs with string. These crafts will serve as non-trivial packaging.
What is needed
- Deep plastic plate;
- PVA glue;
- floss;
- balloon;
- scissors;
- small chocolate eggs.
How to do
Pour PVA glue into a plastic plate. Unwind the floss and place in the container so that the small tip remains outside. Let the thread soak in the glue.
Inflate the balloon slightly. In shape, it should resemble an egg. Tie a knot so that the air does not come out ahead of time.
Wind the thread impregnated with glue around the workpiece, and then let it dry.
Pierce the ball with scissors and carefully remove it from the craft. Using the holes between the floss, place the small chocolate eggs inside.

Postcard for easter
A cute lamb in an egg will surprise and amuse the one who opens such a sliding card.
What is needed
- Paper;
- black pen or liner;
- felt-tip pens.
How to do
Fold the sheet into an accordion four times. Iron the folds with your fingers.
Fold back one piece and place the workpiece horizontally.
Draw an egg with a black pen or liner. Mark some stars and circles inside. Under the picture, sketch out the grass.
Expand the sheet. To show the cracked shell, add a zigzag line to each egg half.
Make a wavy arc under the upper part, and even lower - a regular, but elongated arc. You get the head of a lamb. Draw the mouth, eyes and eyebrows inside the outline, and the ears of the animal on the sides. They look like leaves.
The body of the lamb is formed by two vertical wavy lines, the legs are rectangles with rounded corners.
Paint over the shells with blue felt-tip pen, stars and circles with yellow. Use green for the grass.
Fill the outlines of the head and ears with yellow. The coat is gray. When you draw it, make circular movements, so you will show the curliness of the lamb.

Hare
A hare made of eggs and plasticine will serve as a decoration for the festive table. And it's also a simple Easter craft option for kindergarten or school.
What is needed
- Plasticine in four colors: brown, black, white and pink;
- boiled brown colored egg;
- toothpick.
How to do
Roll two small balls of white plasticine. Clip the pieces to the egg and press down to flatten them. Get eyes.
To mark the pupils, make two tiny black balls and place them inside the white ones, flattening them as well.
Prepare two larger brown balls for the hare's face. Place them under your eyes. Use a toothpick to make points on the blanks.
The animal's nose is a horizontal pink oval. To outline the teeth, you need two small white triangles.
Make two large balls out of brown plasticine. Fix them at the bottom of the egg. Get the knees of a hare.
Roll up short, bulky sausages and flatten them. These are the feet. Secure them to the craft under the knees. Use a toothpick to draw strokes to show the fingers.
Prepare two more small brown plasticine sausages. Place them on the sides of the egg, and then gently mark your fingers with a toothpick.
Blind two brown cones, flatten them. Make two more similar shapes out of pink plasticine, only smaller. Fix the light blanks on the dark ones - you get ears. Stick them to the top of the hare's head. If desired, the ears can be slightly bent.

Easter wreath
A wreath will decorate any room for the holiday. It is enough to find a suitable place for it, for example, put it on a shelf or put it in the center of the festive table.
What is needed
- Styrofoam ring;
- glue gun;
- PVA glue;
- straw;
- twine;
- openwork tape;
- tailor's single-rod pins;
- flat figurine of a hare;
- feathers;
- small decorative eggs.
How to do
Use a glue gun to fix the straw on both sides of the Styrofoam backing ring. Wrap the piece with twine. This will help secure the material and make it less lush.
Wrap the craft with openwork tape and secure it with pins on one side of the ring. Place a hare figurine at the bottom of the wreath.
Use PVA glue to secure the feathers. Lubricate only the ochin (bottom of the rod) and then stick it into the straw. Place decorative eggs on the feathers with a glue gun.
Such "nests" can be made on the sides of the bunny and in other places of the composition to your taste.

Egg holders
Homemade decorations will become the highlight of the festive table and will cost less than factory-made ones that are sold in stores.
What is needed
- Egg carton;
- scissors;
- double sided tape;
- gouache;
- brush;
- satin ribbon;
- PVA glue;
- pussy willow flowers;
- deep cardboard plate.
How to do
Cut two cells from the egg carton. Separate them from each other, and then remove the cardboard behind the contours of the grooves.
Using double-sided tape, glue the blanks to each other with their bottoms. Then completely cover the craft with gouache and let it dry.
Cut a small piece of satin ribbon. Wrap the seam between the cells and tie a bow. Grease the contour of one of the holes with PVA glue and fix the pussy willow flowers on it.
Cover a deep cardboard plate completely with fluffy balls from the inside. Outside, paint over the container with gouache.
Glue a satin ribbon just below the edge of the plate. Leave two ends free and tie a bow.

Chick
Try making a chicken with your children to immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere.
What is needed
- Colored paper;
- scissors;
- glue stick;
- yellow threads;
- eyes for toys;
- ruler;
- White paper;
- simple pencil.
How to do
Divide the yellow paper in half. If you are not sure what will turn out smoothly, first make a fold along which the cut will pass. Fold the resulting parts with an accordion.
Glue the blanks so that one long one is formed. Gather the "accordion" in a strip, and then tie a thread in the middle.
Fold the piece in half. Glue the opposite sides together to form a fan. Do the same with the other part of the workpiece.
Glue the toy eyes to the resulting circle.
Cut out a 4 × 2 centimeter rectangle out of orange paper. Make a rhombus out of the shape and fold it in half. This is the beak. Fix it on the circle so that the part opens up.
On a white sheet, sketch out the foot with three fingers, and then cut it out. Transfer the stencil to orange paper, make blanks and fasten the parts on the back of the circle, at the bottom.
Using the same principle, prepare stencils for the tuft and upturned wings with three feathers. Cut out blanks from yellow paper, and then fix on the craft.
