Make cocktails with ice cream, chocolate, bananas, apples, strawberries, cherries, dates, and even cookies.

1. Classic milkshake with ice cream

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons of any ice cream;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 1-2 teaspoons of jam, honey or syrup - optional.
Preparation
Use a blender to turn ice cream and milk into a homogeneous mass. Transfer to a tall glass. Garnish with whipped cream, syrups, cookies, fruits and berries as desired.





2. Milkshake with fruits or berries







Ingredients
- 100-150 g of fruits or berries;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 8 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
- 1-2 teaspoons of honey, syrup or jam - optional.
Preparation
Chop pieces of fruit or berries in a blender with a little milk. Then add ice cream. Mix.
Pour in the remaining milk and whisk again.
3. Milkshake with raspberries and white chocolate

Ingredients
- 110 g fresh raspberries;
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 100 g of white chocolate;
- 180 ml of milk;
- 8 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream - for garnish.
Preparation
Set aside a couple of berries for garnish, and whisk the rest with a blender with sugar and lemon juice. Rub the sauce through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or water bath. Cool slightly.
Mix milk, ice cream and chocolate with a blender. The mass should be thick and homogeneous.
Pour the raspberry sauce over the inside of the glass. Then add the milkshake.
Garnish with whipped cream and berries.
4. Milkshake with chocolate sauce

Ingredients
- 240 ml of coffee;
- 100 g sugar;
- 120 g cocoa;
- 2 pinches of salt;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or sugar
- 60 ml of milk;
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk;
- 12 tablespoons of ice cream;
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
Preparation
Boil coffee and sugar. Add cocoa and a pinch of salt. After a couple of minutes, when the sauce thickens, add the vanilla. Refrigerate to room temperature.
Whisk milk, ice cream, salt and syrup in a blender. Pour some sauce into the glass, after the cocktail. Alternate layers all the way to the top.
5. Milkshake with whole berries

Ingredients
- 250 g raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or other berries;
- 2 teaspoons of sugar;
- 350 ml of water;
- 10 tablespoons of ice cream;
- 170 g Greek yogurt
- 60 ml of milk.
Preparation
Place the berries with sugar in a small saucepan and cover with water. Cook until they start to burst and juice out and the granulated sugar dissolves. Cool afterwards.
Use a blender to whisk together the ice cream, yogurt and milk.
Pour cocktail into glasses. Add a few berries in sugar syrup to each. Stir and serve.
6. Milkshake with cookies

Ingredients
- 5-6 biscuits, shortbread or other cookies;
- 8 tablespoons of ice cream;
- 240 ml of milk;
- whipped cream, chocolate chips, and biscuits for garnish.
Preparation
Break the cookies into small pieces. Whisk in a blender with ice cream and milk.
Pour into a glass. Garnish with cream, chocolate and cookies.

7. Milkshake with coffee

Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 80 ml of cold coffee;
- 60 ml of milk;
- whipped cream and chocolate for garnish.
Preparation
Whisk together ice cream, cocoa, cinnamon, coffee and milk with a blender. Pour into a glass. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate.

8. Milkshake with dates

Ingredients
- 100 g dates;
- 60 ml of water;
- 12 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
- 240 ml of milk.
Preparation
Cut the dates into small pieces. Pour in water and microwave for 30-45 seconds. Place in a blender and puree.
Add ice cream and milk to the date mixture. Whisk and pour immediately into glasses.

9. Milkshake with cola

Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
- 80 ml of milk;
- 2 tablespoons cherry juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 200 ml of cola.
Preparation
In a blender, whisk the ice cream, milk, and half of the cherry and lime juice.
Pour the remaining juice into the bottom of the glass, and then the milkshake. Leave about a fifth empty.
Slowly pour the cola on top.

10. Milkshake with colored dragees

Ingredients
- 2 bananas;
- 80 ml of milk;
- 4 tablespoons of ice cream;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon colored dragee.
Preparation
Cut the bananas into slices and freeze. Grind afterwards. If your blender is not made for ice, use regular fruit.
Pour in milk and beat until smooth.
Add ice cream and vanilla to the banana milk mixture. Whisk again.
Pour into glasses and add dragees.
