Create a separate document for the tasks that you will do when you want to postpone the main tasks for later. You can make a list just at such times.
Wash your car, pay utility bills, take your coat to the dry cleaner, write a vacation application, update your resume, call your mom - there are a lot of little things that are forgotten and accumulate. The periods of stagnation in work will be enough for their final solution.
Review the level of responsibility
What if you take a problem too seriously? Take the time to spend five minutes figuring out what makes you feel less enjoyable at work.
If you abandon a part of the project, will the overall picture change?
Perhaps, it is enough to get rid of unnecessary things or postpone an unpleasant task for later in order to finish all things in a matter of hours.
