15. The Little Mermaid

The series continues the events of the 1989 full-length cartoon. It is dedicated to the daughter of the sea king Ariel and her friends - the positive fish Flounder and the grumpy crab Sebastian. The heroes constantly embark on adventures, face troubles because of people and confront the evil witch Ursula.

After the series, another cartoon "The Little Mermaid-2: Return to the Sea" appeared. But it turned out to be of significantly lower quality and did not attract much attention.

14. Goofy and his team

Eternally positive and extremely awkward Goofy, along with his son Max, returns to his hometown of Spoonerville and settles next to childhood friend Pete and his family. Only he is still angry at Goofy because of past grievances. But their children immediately begin to be friends, which leads to many difficult and funny situations.

The animated series about the classic Disney hero came out for two seasons. After that, only full-length sequels appeared: "Goofy's Vacation" and "The Incorrigible Goofy".

13. Timon and Pumbaa

The animated series is connected with the original story only formally. Unlike The Lion King, the characters sometimes use modern technology, and the setting is not limited to the savannah. And according to the plot, it is more likely just a sitcom, and not a drama.

12. Aladdin

The action of the animated series takes place after the events of the second animated film "Return of Jafar". Aladdin is already engaged to Princess Jasmine, but has not yet settled in the palace. Together with the faithful monkey Abu and the former villain Iago, he seeks adventure and regularly rescues the city from villains. They are helped by an all-powerful, but very funny Genie.

After three seasons of the series, another full-length cartoon "Aladdin and the King of Robbers" appeared. And then the main character also looked into one of the episodes of "Hercules".

11. House of Mouse

Mickey Mouse and his friends invite other Disney characters to their club and watch classic cartoons with them. Only angry Pete is trying to disrupt every meeting.

The series is built on a show within a show principle. On the one hand, it is a crossover of all familiar characters, and on the other hand, it makes it possible to see old cartoons.

10. Adventures of Gummy Bears

The fairy-tale Gummy bears secretly live in the forest near the Kingdom of Dunwin. With the help of magic juice, which gives them incredible jumping ability, the heroes protect their secrets and human friends from the Earl of Ithorn and his army of goblins.

It's funny that one of the Disney executives got the idea for this story when his son asked for candy. Gummi bears are gummies that children and adults love very much.

9. New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

Teddy bear Winnie the Pooh and his friends live in a magical land, born of the imagination of young Christopher Robin. Each hero has his own unique character: Piglet is afraid of everything, Tigger charges those around him with his irrepressible energy, and Eeyore's donkey is constantly gloomy. Still, they are always ready to help each other.

Disney originally produced three animated short films, later combining them into The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. And since the audience really liked the characters, their story was developed in the series and numerous sequels.

8. Miracles on the bends

Pilot Baloo works on an amphibious aircraft and transports goods to underdeveloped areas. A young navigator Keith, who has escaped from criminals, gets a job as an assistant to him. Together, the heroes are looking for treasures and fleeing air pirates.

It is easy to see that most of the characters are taken from Disney's "The Jungle Book": the appearance and names are the same. But there is no direct connection between the cartoons, just a common visual basis.

7. Chip and Dale rush to the rescue

Two chipmunks, two mice and a fly organize the Rescue Team. The heroes compensate for their tiny size with courage and resourcefulness. Friends are fighting all sorts of villains who dream of taking over the world: the insidious scientist Nimnul, the cat Fat Cat and others.

Initially, Chip and Dale appeared as minor and rather mischievous characters in the cartoons about Pluto and Donald Duck. But then the studio decided to shoot an animated series, where the already familiar characters perfectly suited. True, they changed their characters and added more human features.

6. Black Cloak

The fearless superhero Black Cloak is terrorizing the underworld of the city of Saint-Canar. He takes to the streets every night to keep order. The rest of the time, he is a loving father who brings up a naughty daughter, Gusenu.

Of course, both the Black Cloak itself and its enemies are parodies of the characters of classic comics. First of all, "Batman". And the visual presentation and some minor characters hint that the action takes place in the same world as in the famous "Duck Tales".

5. Phineas and Ferb

The brothers Phineas and Ferb constantly come up with some complicated and unrealizable plans. For this, their sister Kendes is constantly trying to turn over the inventors to their parents. Meanwhile, the brothers' platypus named Perry saves the world from the evil scientist Fufelshmertz.

The animated series surprisingly combines an absolutely childish presentation and jokes that are understandable only to adults, and in the complete absence of vulgarity. That is why “Phineas and Ferb” is loved by viewers of all ages.

4. Gargoyles

The ancient magical creatures of the gargoyles have been petrified for a thousand years. They come back to life already in the XX century and at first fall under the rule of the villain. But then the creepy-looking heroes become defenders of good.

After two original seasons, the sequel to The Chronicle of Goliath was released, but another team of authors was already working on it, which partly affected the quality.

3. Mickey Mouse

Classic Disney characters are reunited in the new version of the animated series. In some episodes, the heroes find themselves in unusual situations in different cities and countries.

Despite the fact that the cartoon was created already in the 2010s, the authors of the new version tried to keep the visual series as similar as possible to the classics. We just added a little more modern themes.

2. Duck Tales

Donald sends his nephews Billy, Willie and Dilly to their great-uncle Scrooge McDuck. He was known as a real curmudgeon and a grumpy. However, the middle-aged Scrooge regularly embarks on adventures with new friends.

Duck Tales is perhaps the most legendary Disney animated series of the 80s and 90s, loved by children in dozens of different countries. In 2017, the story was restarted, and in the new version Black Cloak, Chip and Dale and other familiar characters joined the heroes of the original project.

The creator of this series, Alex Hirsch, combined completely different genres in his project. On the one hand, Gravity Falls is a typical children's fairy tale. On the other hand, quite adult themes and jokes often flicker in the series, and the characters' characters are spelled out as vividly and touchingly as possible.
