- feeling of a happy and full life.
How it works
The program consists of 52 small lifestyle changes. Each of these small steps is accompanied by an explanation of why it is important and tips for successfully implementing positive change in your life. By consistently achieving success at each step, you get a boost of vigor for the next step.
Small changes are less painful and more real. Plus, you see results faster. Regardless of what exactly a person wants to change in himself, three points are fundamental: any significant change implies a series of successive small changes; all-or-nothing tactics often fail; small changes in yourself spur the desire to move on the path to success.

Even if it seems that you have already mastered some habits, do not ignore the corresponding points of the program. There is a big difference between keeping to-do lists and using them effectively. And the real chasm lies between listening to music every day and using music to help you in your daily chores. Don't rush to tick the checklist of your new habits!
