How to wake up in a good mood and keep it all day

If you constantly wake up in a bad mood, most likely the first thing you think about is "I didn't get enough sleep" and "I won't have time for anything."

What is it fraught with

These two thoughts set the mood for the whole day. You have not even managed to get out of bed yet, but you are already tired, already dissatisfied, you are already suffering defeat. By starting like this every day, you train yourself to seek and find confirmation that you are deprived of something. And imperceptibly you stop noticing what you have.

Do a little experiment: within 15 seconds, try to find as many blue objects around you as possible. Then close your eyes and try to remember which of the objects you saw were green. When we focus on one thing, we stop noticing everything else.

Starting the day with the thought that you do not have enough time for sleep and work, you give yourself the installation to notice only what you do not have, but so would like to have.

How to deal with it

Before taking your head off the pillow, take a few seconds to get your thoughts back on track. Think about this: "I got enough sleep" and "I will have time for everything." Gradually, these thoughts will grow like a snowball. They will be followed by others who are just as positive, and as a result, you will begin to rejoice every day for the good that is in your life.

This is not self-deception, this is just a way to stop feeling sorry for yourself ahead of time and pay attention to what you have. And you have a lot: a roof over your head, food, loved ones, strength to solve many problems.

This will have a beneficial effect not only on you, but also on those around you. Agree, it is much more pleasant to deal with a calm and confident person than with someone who is always dissatisfied and obsessed with the idea of being in time for everything and getting as much out of life as possible.

Also think about what you could share with others. Maybe you've read a good book that some of your friends will surely like. Or found an interesting program that will come in handy in the office. After all, those who have enough of everything willingly share with others, receiving in return a lot of positive emotions.

It's much better than living the day sleepy and unhappy.
